The 19th Taiwan Excellence Awards (2011) is directed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, sponsored by the Bureau of Foreign Trade and executed by the Taiwan External Trade Development Council. After more than two months of written reviews and on-site evaluations, over 70 top local experts and academics selected 30 finalists from 947 submissions by 381 vendors.
