為積極協助我國企業培養具有國際視野的新世代領導人，「外貿協會」與「新加坡國立大學李光耀公共政策學院亞洲競爭力研究所(ACI)」創新合作開辦國內首屈一指的第一期「企業高階主管實戰班」，於9/2日開訓。 外貿協會黃志芳董事長表示，台灣需要企業家帶頭拼經濟，新一代企業家需要有敏捷的判斷力及國際視野，同時了解國際市場發展趨勢，為此催生「企業高階主管實戰班」。第一期實戰班從規劃到開辦只有短短4個月，整合貿協47年來與產業界深厚連結，以及60個海外駐點的豐富資源，同時為了提昇我國企業家國際視野與格局，特別選擇亞太地區、中國大陸及南亞政經關係良好，世界排名13，亞洲排名第2的智庫，最佳國際合作夥伴ACI共同規劃與安排課程及新加坡與印度的參訪行程。 此外黃志芳也在今日的開訓典禮進行專題演講，題目為「蛻變的國際環境與策略思考｣，內容強調培訓新一代的企業家需用新的視野開拓市場，第一期實戰班就是貿協與我國企業界加深互動與合作的另一-個全新平台。
