外貿協會董事長黃志芳在12/29舉行的「2023年外貿協會年度記者會」中表示，全球正面臨30年來未有之變局，為了協助臺灣企業分散市場、布局韌性供應鏈，2023年貿協將鎖定美國、日本、新南向、中東四大重點市場，除籌組旗艦團前往新設據點之美國達拉斯、中東利雅德開拓商機及辦理台貿中心開幕儀式外，並將在日本舉行大型臺灣形象展，同時新南向臺灣形象展及26項臺灣國際專業展，也將全面重返實體展出。 黃志芳指出，2022年一年內，新冠肺炎大流行、俄烏熱戰、美中冷戰、美元飆漲、能源結構失調以及氣候變遷等事件接續而來，造成總體經濟劇烈震盪，全球化的和平紅利不復存在，世界不再是平的，國際總經、地緣政治、產業基本面等三個因素，主導未來經濟發展。 黃志芳表示，面對自1970年以來50年趨勢的大反轉，企業要有長期作戰的準備，貿協將與企業合作，在全世界開疆闢土。為此，2023年貿協關注的方向包括：全面恢復實體會展和全球交流活動，關注國際韌性供應鏈布局及電動車、元宇宙及ESG發展趨勢，並強化數位科技，幫助企業精準行銷全球，另地緣政治與國際總經變化亦是貿協關注的焦點。 黃志芳在記者會最後表示，不管在什麼年代，貿協都是臺灣企業...
