       惠譽顧問近日考量奈國Kaduna、Kogi、Lagos及Oyo州總體經濟穩定及政策改革，調升該等州別之長期外幣發行人信用違約評等(Long-Term Foreign-Currency Issuer Default Rating)由”B-“至”B”，並將持續關注該州政策；惟惠譽公司警告奈拉匯率變動幅度過大將影響外債清償。
