E.O.GAS.滅菌機

EO

在不適用於高溫並且怕濕的被滅菌物，可利用E.O.Gas 來滅菌。Ethylene Oxide在一個適當的溫度及相對濕度下，如時間足夠，可以達到 滅菌的效果。
用途:醫療器材、針筒、無菌衣物。

 

結構

E.O.滅菌由滅菌室、夾層、真空系統、熱水循環系統、E.O.供給系統，加濕系統、真空破壞及控制系統所組成。

特點

• 1. 洩漏試驗:每次開機先作洩漏試驗可確保安全。
• 2. 精密儀控:可使滅菌室達到最佳溫度分佈及溼度控制。
• 3. 自動控制:採用PLC控制，行程全自動。
• 4. EO溶解槽:真空泵浦抽出來的氣導入溶解槽，使E.O.溶解於水再排放掉。
