Outer Scrim/Veil • Polyester non-woven, 20–40 gsm • Prevents direct textile–foil contact, stabilises lamination • 3. Outer Radiant Barrier (Foil A) • Aluminised PET film, 12–25 µm • Reflects radiant heat, protected inside laminate • 4. XLPE Foam Core • Cross-linked polyethylene, closed-cell • Density 35–45 kg/m³ • Thickness 5.3–5.7 mm (for ~7 mm total) • Stable for outdoor/marine use • 5. Inner Radiant Barrier (Foil B) • Aluminised PET film, 12–25 µm • Reduces heat transfer toward cabin • 6. Inner Scrim/Veil • Polyester non-woven, 20–40 gsm • Prevents direct bonding of foil to inner textile • 7. Inner Textile (Cabin-Facing) • Polyester or acrylic fabric, 200–350 gsm • Light grey, interior-friendly • Soft hand-feel, suitable for stitching/quilt work
