It will be illegal to draw any adverse consequences against employees suffering from or opposing harassment, including sexual harassment. 3. An additional requirement will apply: employees may be treated in different ways (allowed discrimination) provided that such different treatment is commensurate with its intended purpose. 4. Employers will be obligated to allow employees to work on their existing positions (if possible) following the maternity leave (so far, this applied following the child-raising leave only). 5. Employers will have new obligations concerning the first aid systems in place at their establishments.。
